Identification of the Responsible
The data provided by the user will be processed by Bodegas Málaga Virgen, S.A.U. with registered office at Autovía A-92 KM. 132, (29520 – Fuente de Piedra – Málaga), Spain, VAT number A78581204 and registered in the Malaga Mercantile Register, Volume 4061, Book 2972, Folio 144, Page MA-84562, Entry 2, (hereinafter the “Responsible Party”) for the purposes set out in the following point. Purposes of the treatment
1. Respond to the questions that the interested party sends to the person in charge.
1.1. Conservation period: The data will be processed until the issue raised by the data subject has been resolved. Subsequently, if necessary, the blocked information will be kept for the legally established periods.
1.2. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
2. Managing the interested party’s subscription to his or her Bodegas Málaga Virgen Order Account.
2.1. Period of conservation: We will keep the data as long as the interested party does not revoke the consent given. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods of time.
2.2. Legal basis: Consent of the interested party.
Obligation to provide the data
It will be necessary for the interested party to provide all the information marked as obligatory on the aforementioned data collection forms so that we can deal with the interested party’s request in each case.
Recipients of your data
The Controller contracts with third parties responsible for the processing in order to provide its services. With the exception of these entities, your data will not be communicated to other third parties.
