ELABORATION PROCESS
The Syrah grape was harvested when it reached its optimum level of maturity. Once destemmed, it was incubated in special tanks for the alcoholic fermentation (at 25º C) Using selected yeasts. Aged in American oak wood with different levels of toasted. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful cherry color with violet edge. Very complex aromas where we can highlight the distinctive notes of the Syrah grape variety (ripe black fruits, raspberry and violet). Combined with spices (Licorice, cacao, and cloves) and smoked and methol notes. On the palate it is rounded, structured and fleshy with noble tannins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
14º – 16º C.
