Aromatic sweet wine.
ELABORATION PROCESS
Based on sweet wines with an average age of 10 years, enriched with plant substances appetite stimulants of Artemisa genus among which: sandalwood, Ceylon cinnamon, angelica, coriander, lily of Florence, cassia, gentian, elderflower, carob… Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
TASTING NOTES
Amber color with orange hightlights. Clean and brilliant. Aromas of old wines of Malaga where highlighting muscat with notes of orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, wax, incense and soothing … On the palate: sweetness-acidity balance. Long and elegant aftertaste.
CONSUMPTION
Vinous aperitif which stimulates appetite. To be served alone, on the rocks garnished with a peel of orange, or mixed with soda.
