The Odyssey keeps on moving by highlighting northern lieux-dits in Avize: Le Couchant (ie the setting sun side of Avize). A second face of the heart of the terroir, gently hilly between Avize and Cramant.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Rich aromas of fruits and maturity melt into the fine bubbles to give elegancy and depth to our new cuvée made from Avize. Characteristic of our chalky area, a beautiful freshness supports the tasting and slowly fades into salty and sweet notes.
