TYPE OF WINE
Fine, fortified sweet Pedro Ximenez wine made with young wines from naturally sweet sun dried grapes and old “oloroso” wines. ”D.O. Málaga”.

ELABORATION PROCESS
Oxidative maturing in American oak barrels. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.

TASTING NOTES
Dark mahogany in the glass with a purplish-blue edge, clean and brilliant. Aromas from its maturity and Pedro Ximenez grape variety. On the palate it is tasty, sweet and elegant.
