ELABORATION PROCESS
The Syrah grapes were harvested after reaching its optimum maturity. Once destemmed, it was incubated in special deposits and subjected to prefermentative maceration and throughout the fermtentation to extract polyphenolic compounds. It is subjected to mild pressures and is inoculated with yeasts selected to favor alcoholic fermentation, ending with a partial malolactic fermentation under controlled conditions, to round the wine and enrich it with nuances. TASTING NOTES
Burgundy color with violet hints. Clean and brilliant. Very complex aromas which stand our the typical varietal notes from the Syrah (Red fruits with floral notes). Very fruity On the palate it is round and unctuous, with an elegant taste
