How to obtain a young spirit very soft and round. The same spirit as our ”Couvreur’s Clearach” without the addition of water and a special selection of Moscatel boots. The casks are left in the very humid and deep cellar, make loose strong alcohol and makes the spirit becomes smooth. Almond flavors because young cereal spirit, honey, moscatel, very fruity. Nervous and smooth, could remind white fruits spirits.
Color: Amber, clean
Nose: Fresh almond, fresh grass, grounds
Mouth: Nervous but easy to drink
Finish: Cereals, concentrate and Muscat
Tasting suggestion
Serve cold but as it warms up, you will feel more complexity. Very nice like a ”Trou Normand”.A frozen ”shot” in the middle of lunch!
