PRESENTATION
In 2020, Oliver and Ferdinand made the decision to collaborate with David Faivre, winegrower at Belval sous Châtillon, and buy 4000 kg of Pinot Meunier from him. The wines are made and bottled in the heart of Avize. After 2 years of aging on lees in our cellars, we are delighted to introduce you to this small valley, perpendicular to the better-known Val de la Marne. Its soil is clayey-carcareous in its first tens of centimeters and sandy in the lower layers.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Its initial nose is subtle, floral and opens with a slight oxidation, very pleasant. In the mouth it is lively and direct and envelops greater roundness. Slight bitterness that gives a minty sensation at the end. The style is direct for this Pinot Meunier, which is already revealed after 2 years on the lees.
