ELABORATION PROCESS
Wine from “Mosto yema”, which is the first must extracted by direct bleeding and obtained by the own pressure exerted by the grape in the deposit, being this the must of higher quality. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
TASTING NOTES
Pink salmon color. Intense nose, fragant and sweet with aromas of red fruits, mainly strawberries, as well as red jelly beans and light floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and broad. It has a fresh acidity that shows an excellent balance that turns it into and intense “Rosé”. The alternates recalls the varietal aromas.
