ELABORATION PROCESS
Ripened on the vine to a sugar level of 300 g/l (15.9 Baume). Destemming and pneumatic pressing. Controlled fermentation which is stopped to add alcohol. Oxidative maturing in American oak barrels. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
TASTING NOTES
Golden red colour, clean and brilliant. On the nose: clean with a combination of nuts, raisins and sweet aromas. On the palate: oily and sweet with hints of toast.

6º – 8º C.
