ELABORATION PROCESS
Vinegar is produced by a controlled acidification and ageing in American oak barrels by the “criadera y solera” method.
TASTING NOTES
Dark mahogany with amber hues. Acetic aromas with balsamic notes, vintage wine, dried figs and raisins. Smooth and balanced winy flavor with a range or refinements and long aftertaste.
